She pursued her Graduation in Science and Masters in Marketing Management from Pune University. Worked for 6 years in Education Industry,while working she always believed in giving back to society in whichever way possible. While working with them, she developed a keen interest towards women empowerment and has been conducting various workshops for skill development for women in rural areas. Joined Opash in June 2015, and has been serving as Manager- Social Impact Tours. She is actively involved Social Tourism for which she is working with various educational institutes in Pune along with various projects related to women empowerment with respect to their employment, skill development, ways to manage work life balance etc.
