Dr. C N Rawal

Dr. Rawal is the Principal of Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce, Pune (BMCC) since September 2010. He is a widely recognized guide in human research, and Business Administration & Management. He has delivered more than 400 lectures and published over 30 papers at both national and international level. His key specializations include Institution building and Knowledge management.

Ms. Seemantini Khot

Ms. Khot has over three decades of experience in the development sector, out of which she has contributed 20 years in the NGO sector for implementation of grass root level development projects. She has contributed more than 6 years in consulting the international and UN agencies. She had been the global CSR head at Suzlon. Educated at Tata Institute of Social Sciences- majoring in Urban and Rural Community Development, she has travelled over 50 countries in an endeavour to lead several social initiatives based on food security, land use and community development to self-sustenance

Mr. Vivek Velankar

Vivek Velankar is a Right to Information (RTI) activist from Pune, India. He is the president of “Sajag Nagrik Manch,” in Pune, that works on information issues. Mr. Velankar works in order to spread awareness about the right to information act that was passed in 2005. He aims to educate people on the effective use of the RTI act to obtain information from the government regarding various schemes and programs being carried out. It addition to educating people, he also carries out various campaigns related to social issues using the RTI act to ensure effective governance. Mr Velankar has also been a prominent figure in the field of career guidance and counseling for many years.

Dr.Rajendra Hiremath

Dr Rajendra Hiremath has earned his doctorate on ‘An analytical study of the projects on build, operate & transfer (BOT) in respect of roads and bridges in Maharashtra’ and is known as pioneer of BOT projects in Maharashtra. He was presented a national award by president Pratibha Patil in New Delhi on December 3, 2010. After being an entrepreneur at an early age, he began a consultancy in finance and administration in 1995. He entered the renewable energy field with the brand name ‘Xiteej Urja’ in 2002. At the very beginning, he secured orders from the government of Goa to supply and install hybrid systems using wind and solar power. Already active in the development sector, he wants to devote his life fully towards a social cause in the future.

Lt Gen Retd Shekatkar

Lt. Gen Shekatkar was member of India-USA Defence Cooperation and Strategic Partnership initiatives. For his dedication, devotion, and contribution to national cause, he has been decorated three medals by President of India.
• First by Vishisht Seva Medal in 1981.
• Second by Ati Vishisht Seva Meal in 1997.
• Third by Param Vishisht Seva Medal in 2002.

He has Co-Authored 12 books on Security, Terrorism, Internal Security, and Intelligence. After retirement he served as Chair Professor in Department of Defence and Strategic Studies, University of Pune. He is National President of Forum for Integrated Security of India. He is associated with Large Number of Academic Institutions in Advisory Group and Governing Councils.

Dr. Rajani Indulkar

She is the President of Maharashtra Council of Homeopathy & Senate member of Health University; Nashik. A Homeopathic Doctor by profession with over 25 years of experience, Dr. Indulkar has worked in the field of alternative medicine and awareness campaigns regarding health and wellness. She is a motivational speaker. She is also well versed with development of business strategies to provide sustainability for social projects.

Mohan Uchgaonkar

Dr. Mohan Uchgaonkar is presently the Deputy Director, Head – HR Management & Administration with The Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI). He has around 30 years of experience in the field of HR, had served M/s. Sudarshan Chemical Industries, M/s. Voltas Ltd., M/s. Kirloskar Filters Ltd. He is the national council member of Indo Global Chamber of Commerce, Industries & Agriculture, Pune and Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD), New Delhi. He is also the member of corporate member of National Institute of Personnel Management, Kolkata and  All India Management Association, New Delhi. He is the recipient of ‘Life Time Achievement Award – 2015’ of Indo Global Chamber of Commerce, Industries & Agriculture, Pune. He has presented and published many Research Papers at National & International Conferences, Conventions & Seminars.

Mr. K. H. More

Mr. More, before getting into the small scale industries and social sector, was a bank officer at Bank of India for 20 years. After successfully running various businesses in and around Pune, he entered in Social Work in the year 2012. He is the founder of the non-profit organization called ‘Goodwill India’ which began its journey on 15th Aug 2012. Under this organization, old clothes and toys are collected from donors, mended and given away to the needy and their children at an affordable cost. Now total 30 staff is working for these activity.
