Ms. Khot has over three decades of experience in the development sector, out of which she has contributed 20 years in the NGO sector for implementation of grass root level development projects. She has contributed more than 6 years in consulting the international and UN agencies. She had been the global CSR head at Suzlon. Educated at Tata Institute of Social Sciences- majoring in Urban and Rural Community Development, she has travelled over 50 countries in an endeavour to lead several social initiatives based on food security, land use and community development to self-sustenance
Vivek Velankar is a Right to Information (RTI) activist from Pune, India. He is the president of “Sajag Nagrik Manch,” in Pune, that works on information issues. Mr. Velankar works in order to spread awareness about the right to information act that was passed in 2005. He aims to educate people on the effective use of the RTI act to obtain information from the government regarding various schemes and programs being carried out. It addition to educating people, he also carries out various campaigns related to social issues using the RTI act to ensure effective governance. Mr Velankar has also been a prominent figure in the field of career guidance and counseling for many years.
Dr Rajendra Hiremath has earned his doctorate on ‘An analytical study of the projects on build, operate & transfer (BOT) in respect of roads and bridges in Maharashtra’ and is known as pioneer of BOT projects in Maharashtra. He was presented a national award by president Pratibha Patil in New Delhi on December 3, 2010. After being an entrepreneur at an early age, he began a consultancy in finance and administration in 1995. He entered the renewable energy field with the brand name ‘Xiteej Urja’ in 2002. At the very beginning, he secured orders from the government of Goa to supply and install hybrid systems using wind and solar power. Already active in the development sector, he wants to devote his life fully towards a social cause in the future.

Dr. Mohan Uchgaonkar is presently the Deputy Director, Head – HR Management & Administration with The Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI). He has around 30 years of experience in the field of HR, had served M/s. Sudarshan Chemical Industries, M/s. Voltas Ltd., M/s. Kirloskar Filters Ltd. He is the national council member of Indo Global Chamber of Commerce, Industries & Agriculture, Pune and Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD), New Delhi. He is also the member of corporate member of National Institute of Personnel Management, Kolkata and All India Management Association, New Delhi. He is the recipient of ‘Life Time Achievement Award – 2015’ of Indo Global Chamber of Commerce, Industries & Agriculture, Pune. He has presented and published many Research Papers at National & International Conferences, Conventions & Seminars.
Mr. More, before getting into the small scale industries and social sector, was a bank officer at Bank of India for 20 years. After successfully running various businesses in and around Pune, he entered in Social Work in the year 2012. He is the founder of the non-profit organization called ‘Goodwill India’ which began its journey on 15th Aug 2012. Under this organization, old clothes and toys are collected from donors, mended and given away to the needy and their children at an affordable cost. Now total 30 staff is working for these activity.

He worked as a marketing manager in various organisations such as Samartha Bharat Vyaspeeth, ICFAI, Grey catalyst etc. He is a founder and trustee of Deepastambha Charitable Trust founded in 2008. He is a founder, managing director and chairman of Opash Socio-Commercials Pvt. Ltd. – an initiative for sustainable development. He has worked with various CSR consulting firms such as Chhaya Strategic Advisors. He has strategic, tactical and implementation experiences of various projects all across India.
She pursued her Graduation in Computer Science & Post-graduation in Computer Science from Pune University .While working for 10 years in IT sector, she also nourished her desire to serve the society. She was associated with a few NGOs working for the women in sex trading and human trafficking, women empowerment, child welfare, orphanages etc. She joined Opash Socio-Commercials Pvt. Ltd (working for the sustainable development) in 2015 and is serving as project lead.Currently involved in company’s various CSR initiatives/employee engagements.

Worked for 6 years in Education Industry,while working she always believed in giving back to society in whichever way possible. While working with them, she developed a keen interest towards women empowerment and has been conducting various workshops for skill development for women in rural areas. Joined Opash in June 2015, and has been serving as Manager- Social Impact Tours. She is actively involved Social Tourism for which she is working with various educational institutes in Pune along with various projects related to women empowerment with respect to their employment, skill development, ways to manage work life balance etc.

She worked for as a HR personnel for various companies in sectors like manufacturing and IT for total of 6 years.She has been the prime facilitator for getting most number of women volunteers getting involved in activities like preparing study material for physically challenged children, organising health camps for rural women.Joined Opash in July, 2016 and has been working as an HR Manager with focus on setting up processes and has been facilitating all the functions of the organisation efficiently.
He pursued his Degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from Pune University. While he worked as a Software Developer – Automation Design with Statfield Equipments Pvt. Ltd for 6 years, he always wanted to join social sector for village development projects. Actively involved in village development project of Deepastambha Charitable Trust. He joined Opash in April, 2017 as Project Lead.Currently involved in Industrial Surveys and Village development Projects of Company.

Suyash Abhyankar is currently working as a ‘Senior Test Engineer’ with ‘Tieto India Private Ltd’. He has a total of 7 years of experience in IT and has worked with KPIT and Sungard as well.
